Spaceman is Pragmatic Play's first crash game, launched in March 2022. It predates Big Bass Crash and introduced the 50% Auto Cashout feature that became a signature of Pragmatic Play's crash portfolio. A cartoon astronaut climbs through a vivid space backdrop and the multiplier rises with him. Cash out before he crashes and you win. The game sits between Aviator and Big Bass Crash in terms of RTP: higher than Big Bass Crash at 95.50% but below Aviator at 97.00%. It is available at several UK-licensed operators in the UK.

Place a bet between £1 and £100 before the round starts. Once the round begins, the Spaceman launches and the multiplier rises from 1x. Cash out at any point to lock in your winnings. If he crashes before you cash out, your bet is lost. Two cashout options are available: standard manual cashout, and 50% Auto Cashout which secures half your stake at a preset multiplier while the other half stays in play. Full Auto Cashout exits the round automatically at a target multiplier you set in advance. The game uses certified RNG and results are independently verifiable.
RTP is 96.50%, set by Pragmatic Play. This sits above Big Bass Crash at 95.50% and below Aviator at 97.00%. There is no official volatility setting: your cash-out strategy determines the effective volatility. Setting auto cashout at a low multiplier produces frequent small wins and low variance. Waiting for higher multipliers increases variance significantly. Max win is 5,000x your stake, up to £500,000 on a £100 bet. House edge is approximately 3.50%.
Spaceman was Pragmatic Play's first crash game and introduced the 50% Auto Cashout feature to the mainstream market. No other crash game offered partial cashout before Spaceman launched. The space theme is one of the most polished in the crash genre, with animated backgrounds that change as the multiplier climbs. Animation can be turned off entirely for a clean numbers-only interface, useful for high-volume play. The statistics panel shows up to 500 previous rounds. Social leaderboard and live chat are included. It shares the same Pragmatic Play distribution network as Big Bass Crash, so you will find it at many of the same UK-licensed operators.
Best for: players who want a higher RTP than Big Bass Crash with the same Pragmatic Play cashout flexibility, or anyone new to crash games who wants a clean and well-presented introduction to the format.

Low multiplier approach: set auto cashout at 1.5x to 2x for frequent small wins and low variance.
50% Auto Cashout approach: set it at 2x so half your stake is secured automatically, leaving the other half in play for higher multipliers.
